RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION

You may return a product for evaluation and/or repair by electronically submitting a RMA Form located within the Customer Support section on our website or by directly contacting Customer Service at 215-443-5240, x112

You will be assigned a RMA number to return your product(s)

  1. Forward your prepaid shipment to the following address with RMA # clearly marked on outside of package:

  2. Include the following information with your product(s):
    RMA Number, Contact Name, Company/Agency, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email, Product Serial Number, and brief description of issue.

  3. Customers will be notified of Quality’s recommendation and cost for repair within (5) business days upon completion of inspection.

  4. FVLLC standard repair charges are $500 for external repairs and $750 for internal repairs.

  5. Payment may be made by check or credit card. All payments must be processed prior to the product(s) being serviced.

  6. FVLLC extends a 90 day warranty for product repairs or replacements.

  7. All inquiries should reference the RMA number and be directed to Customer Service.
