You may return a product for evaluation and repair
by electronically submitting our online RMA Form under the Customer Support section on our
website www.fraser-volpe.com or by
contacting Sales/Customer Service at 215-443-5240, x112.
You will be assigned an RMA number
to return your product(s).
RMA Procedure:
1.
Forward your prepaid shipment to the following address with RMA
# clearly marked on packaging:

2.
Enclose the following information with your product(s): RMA Number, Contact Name,
Company/Agency, Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email, Product Serial Number,
and Brief Description of Repair Issue.
3.
Customers will be notified of repair cost upon completion of
initial quality inspection (within 5 business days upon receipt of
product(s).
4. FVLLC product repair or
replacement is warranted for 90 days.
5.
Credit cards, cash or checks are acceptable methods of
payment for repairs. All payments
must be processed prior to the product(s) being repaired and returned to the
customer.
6.
Repaired product(s) will be shipped from FVLLC within 15
business days after receipt of payment.
7.
All inquiries should reference the RMA number and be directed
to Sales/Customer Service.

without an authorized RMA number
